We consider real estate investments to be a separate asset class that we work with in the development of the asset allocation and wealth development process. Many of our clients have a portion of their wealth in real estate. We have developed expertise in this area in order to understand this sector and build relationships with areas of the sector. The investment principle of diversification is especially important in this sector with clients to ensure that their portfolios and wealth is not excessively concentrated in this area.
